Sol P. Ajalat
Throughout a legal career spanning over 45 years, Sol Ajalat has handled a myriad of cases in virtually every area of law. Currently, Sol focuses his expertise on childhood vaccination injuries in the United States Court of Federal Claims. Sol's experience and professional relationships with world-renowned experts, pediatric neurologists, life care planners, and others in the medical field make him one of only a handful of attorneys in the United States who can successfully handle this type of complex medical litigation. On behalf of injured children, Sol has obtained verdicts and settlements approaching tens of millions of dollars.
In addition to his extensive work with vaccine injury cases, Sol also handles complex matters related to feature film deals and movie financing arrangements, business and corporate matters, real estate disputes, mortgage industry business transactions, and a wide variety of general litigation matters.
